Natural Breakdown hosts a Sold Out show at the Crossroads Theater, New Brunswick, NJ in celebration of the release of "Inside the One".
"On January 1st 2007, they went to work in their self financed home studio, and after 6 months of recording, handed the project over to Mike Partridge (Live Sound Engineer of New Jersey's own Railroad Earth) who masterfully Mixed the CD. Afterwords the tracks then passed to Johnny Grubb (Bass Player for Railroad Earth) for the final Mastering. "Inside The One" is filled with stories and lyrics decrying the band's primary message: You create your own reality with your beliefs and intentions."
